SPORTS ARENA

Sports play a pivotal role in the makeup of young students as they inculcate the values of discipline, responsibility, self confidence, sacrifice, and accountability in the young impressionable minds. The Sports arena provided in the campus caters to the needs of the budding sports persons. To ensure a balanced growth of body and mind, the school has a huge sports arena which fields many outdoor and indoor sports such as skating, taekwondo, cricket, Kho-Kho, badminton, chess, carom scrabbles etc.

Badminton

Badminton is provided to improve the muscle strength of the child. Along with reducing stress in our children and improving their mobility and flexibility.

Cricket is a good sport for developing overall fitness, stamina and hand–eye coordination, which is being taught to our children giving them an edge above the rest.

Football

Football helps us increase the muscle mass and bone strength in our inactive students and reduces the body fat, keeping our children fit and healthy. It helps us in building strength, stamina and speed in our children. It also trains their brain, improving concentration and coordination. Through this game we promote and teach our children teamwork, improve social ability and boost their confidence.

Hockey

Hockey players are known to have significantly lower rates of hypertension and heart disease. And there is a mental health benefit to hockey as well that the attention and calculation are needed throughout the game which improves our child’s concentration.

Shooting

Shooting is provided to improve the competitive and recreational sporting activities involving proficiency tests of accuracy, precision and speed of the student.

Skating

Skating is a great way for both kids and adults to stay active, learn new skills and have fun. Thus, it is also provided to improve upon the Hand and Feet coordination of the child.

Swimming

Swimming is a healthy activity that can be done by most of us throughout our life. Swimming is taught to build endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness of our children. Correspondingly, it also improves weight loss while being a safer alternative of working out for our children.

Table Tennis

Table tennis brings in the competitive spirit in our children, raising the heart beat which helps strengthen muscles, mobilizes the joints and importantly, sharpens reaction times and hugely improves hand-eye coordination. This in totality improves the overall development of our children.

Taekwondo

Taekwondo is taught keeping in mind the importance of providing focus on mental and ethical discipline, etiquette, justice, respect, self-confidence, and leadership skills in and outside the school.
